Payment Policy

We want paying for your order to be simple and secure. Here's how payments work at DIIDS.

Accepted payment methods

We accept payments via Paystack, supporting:

Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
Bank transfer
USSD

All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Payment security

All transactions are processed securely through Paystack's encrypted payment gateway. DIIDS does not receive or store your full card or bank account details at any point — that information is handled entirely by Paystack, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

When you're charged

Payment is captured at the time of checkout, once your payment method has been successfully verified. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as payment is confirmed.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be placed and no funds will be deducted. Please check your card details, available balance, or try an alternative payment method. If you believe a payment was deducted but your order wasn't confirmed, contact us immediately with your transaction reference so we can investigate.

Pricing & currency

All prices displayed on the store are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before you complete your order.
