These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed through the DIIDS store. Please read them alongside our Terms of Use, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

Orders

Placing an order through our store is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, and will notify you promptly if this happens.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. See our Payment Policy for full details on accepted methods and payment security.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Returns, refunds & hygiene policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened underwear items. Full details, including what qualifies as "unopened" and how damaged or incorrect items are handled, are set out in our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

DIIDS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
