Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Nigeria, with plans to expand delivery across the wider African region as we grow.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Within Lagos: 1–3 business days
Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and factors outside our control (e.g. weather, public holidays, or courier delays).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any current shipping promotions (such as free shipping thresholds) will be clearly shown at checkout and in the cart.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your courier, tracking details will be included so you can follow your delivery.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with our courier partner on your behalf.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We aren't able to redirect a package once it has shipped, so if you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
